There are lots of commuter trains throughout the day and its a 20 minute train ride into Galway. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 are available to students, rooms range in price from €190-€220 per week.
There is a large living space on the first floor which has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge area, which is private and spacious available at €350 per week. The space could also be used as 2 double rooms
Booking deposit of 1 months rent is required to secure the room.
The rental deposit is fully refundable at the end of the term as long as there is no damage to the property or rent outstanding at the end of term.
Emergency repairs or maintenance issues will be addressed by myself. Utility bills are shared by the tenants
The house is only 20 minutes by train from galway city centre and Nuig is a 7 minute walk from the city. Commuter trains run throughout the day and previous tenants have found it very convenient. The full address is Knockaunglas, Athenry, County galway. The post code is H65H397 which you can find on Google maps.
