2 double bedrooms each for one female available from the start of September until end 1st June 2026 or beyond. Cost is 145 euro per week per room for 5 days or 580 Euro per month.  That includes all bills. So, electricity, WIFI, water, bins and heating are included in the rent.  The two double rooms are available each for one female student per room, i.e., a postgraduate or responsible undergraduate or staff/academic.  You do your own cooking in the main kitchen. There is also a separate kitchen with a microwave, small table, kettle, toaster which you can use.  5 G High Speed broadband is available to you included in the rent price.

There is an upstairs bathroom with power shower and bath which is exclusively for the use of both tenants.  There is also a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in power shower which you can use (the green bathroom in photo).  It is a large detached, luxury home about 1700 square feet and is owner occupied and a quiet and safe place to live in the town of Athenry. Tesco is a 10-minute walk and so is Aldi. The train station is also a 10-minute walk from the house. There are regular, daily train services to Galway from Athenry, first train from Athenry to Galway is at 7.49 a.m. and last train from Galway to Athenry is 22.25. The home is new with A-rated energy efficiency.  There is constant heat and constant hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen.  The house is in a family-orientated, small, private development in Athenry.  Athenry town is a 30-minute drive from the University of Galway.  It is a 20-minute drive from ATU.  Car parking is available. Smoking is not permitted.  No parties or pets.

Each bedroom has a desk and chair, a double bed, ample storage and place for clothes. Home has all mod cons - quartz worksurfaces, large fridge-freezer, induction cooker and hob, dishwasher, breakfast bar and separate dining area, sitting room with TV and Netflix, a laundry room and a garden with patio seating and lots of flowers and trees. 

The rooms are not available over the Christmas period.
