Room for rent in my home during the college academic year. (September to May)

It’s a large upstairs bedroom , which includes, a king size Bed, Desk, wardrobe, sitting area, & super fast WIFI (100Gbs), with a private en-suite  bathroom. There is TV in your bedroom, with private seating area. 

I’m a single man living in the house and its available on a 7-day basis. It’s a non smoking home. You have full use of the Kitchen, Dining room, laundry room etc.. The rent include all utilities.

This house is ideal if you want to be away for the city, and want to concentrate on your studies.

The bus ( www.transportforireland.ie, route 425A) to the college is serviced by 4 buses a day going directly into the eyre sq (then 5 mins walk to the campus) with 4 bus coming out of the city taking about 27mins.

On occasions, for late night socialising when required, I will arrange a lift to and from the last bus stop near my home. The  last bus from the city (Eyre sq.) is  at 11:30pm at night to western motors bus stop in Briarhill. For very late socialising ( nightclubbing) there is Uber, free now and other taxi services available.

The last direct bus service from the the college to my home directly is at 9pm from bus eireann bus depot in eyre sq.

*There are Cats outside just in relation to any allergies, they are not indoors.
