-Self-catering (with the option of home-cooked dinners Mon–Thurs and a simple breakfast if preferred, at an additional cost)
-Shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
-Bus 411 stops right outside the estate (2–3 mins walk) with direct links to NUIG, NUHG and the city centre. Bus 412 and 405 stops are 10–15 mins walk away.
-Shops nearby: Tesco, Dunnes, Aldi and Lidl within 10–15 mins walk.
-Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) available.
-Parking space if required.
