Hi! I’m a 20-year-old female student at Galway University, looking for a female flatmate around my age. There is one (double) bedroom available in a bright and spacious duplex apartment with three bedrooms all together under the Rent-a-Room scheme.
The room comes with a built-in wardrobe, bed, nightstand and desk for studying. It shares a bathroom with one person.
Upstairs, is a large 40sqm living/dining/kitchen area with a small balcony with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a dining table with chairs, a couch, a TV and an additional workspace.
The apartment is located in a nice and quiet estate in Oranmore on the doorstep to Galway. There’s free parking available and a regular bus connection to Galway city centre and directly to the University (runs from 6:40 am to 11:50 pm), just a short walk away. The train station (to Galway and Dublin), several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and takeaways are also within walking distance.
