Student Property Details

This is a very comfortable 3 bed house, owner occupied, which is in a quiet residential location. It is within walking distance of the college, city centre and beach and is available until the end of the current academic year. Rooms are single occupancy for 7-days  (5-day self catering accomodation can be negotiated). The kitchen has all the usual kitchen facilities. The bathroom will be for the exclusive use of the three students.and there is a desk and wardrobe in each bedroom.

All utilities, including wifi, heat, refuse, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, are included in the price. A deposit of €560 covers the first and last weeks' rent, with €200 held as a security deposit and will be due before the move-in date. 

The students have their own entrance. While the owners' main living quarters are adjoining but seperate.we do maintain access to kitchen living area  and we carefully maintain and manage the whole house throughout. We have a dog and work from home. It is expected that the students will attend college every day fulltime, overnight guests are not permitted.  The house must be kept clean and tidy at all times and the quiet, peaceful nature of the neighbourhood must be resepected.
