Cottage, 2 bedrooms  and use of cottage available from 18/3/26

Ironing board, clothes dryer ( only use dryer if your at cottage never leave it unattended or on overnight for safety reasons) enclosed clothes line in shed & cottage has radiators, airfryer smoothie maker toaster kettle and oven.

Each bedroom has a  fresh single bed, bedside locker, chest of drawers, desk, chair & wardrobe lamp main light and mirror in each bedroom have own keys each, cutlery and utensils. Looking for 2 mature male Post Grad students/Lecturers Professional background with ien trandpirt is ideal however, there is a regular bus service. Must purchase  own food & use washing machine & tumble drier and iron available at cottage with owner occupancy ( I sometimes stay from Mon night- Thurs after noon only and quietly keep to myself). 600.00 euros each per calendar month starting 18/3/26 includes all household bills but excludes heating oil bill ( every 5-6 weeks I will show you each how to check heating oil tank, it's roughly 60.00  euros each every 5-6 weeks, I will pay aswell towards heating oil. 600.00 euros each deposit  (deposits all returned at end of Academic year, if no damage is done and no deposits returned if you leave cottage within academic year/years new annual contracts signed ). Ideally, looking for longterm residence. 

Must be honest tidy clean for studying & quiet relaxation purposes only. Cottage heated with heating oil and roughly costs 60.00 euros each every 6 - 8 weeks. All other household bills are inclusive to rent paid 1st of every month. Use of students own private garden and use of private  enclosed shed for projects for students to avail of, it's set within a  quiet setting.  20 mins drive to City Center, regular bus service ( every 30 mins from cottage to city and return). Owner has own car and can offer free lifts Tues Wed Thurs & Fri at 7:30am leaving cottage to City Center for tenants at her choice and time . Owner of cottage will keep to herself within own quarters, students avail of full use of cottage and their own private garden, good internet, owner can send emails and use internet for own online course work in cottage.  

Owner is a professional and works Frid Sat Sun & Mondays away from cottage on call & on duty.  No partying is allowed in cottage,  no partners staying overnight, strictly studying relaxing and reside within a quiet setting. Finally, tenants can avail of growing their own veggies and fruit in garden (research proves gardening, having one's own enclosed shed for projects is essential for healthy mindfulness). Bins and gas cooker bills tenants do not need to pay for, owner of cottage will look after all  bills EXCLUDING heating oil bill. Heating oil (tenants can check heating oil tank and we each pay 60.00  euros each every 6/8 weeks ) please use heating oil  to keep warm.

Finally, it's a home for tenants to feel warm safe study and quiet time to avail of. If Studying sleep rest walk run gardening and quietness is required, the cottage avails of this. 

Thank you for your time. The owner will quietly like to keep to her own quarters ( studying and catching up on work notes)  and allow tenants to avail full usage of  cottage ( it's not just bedroom based only) for themselves and will only provide free car journeys when landlady is available, there is a regular bus service to & from City.
