I'm offering one bright, spacious ensuite double room in my peaceful, well-kept home in Barna for the summer period (May through August 2026). The available room is the one shown with the red bed linen in the photos. 

I've hosted many Erasmus and international guests over the years and aim to provide a calm, comfortable and respectful home environment. 

The room includes:

• Private ensuite bathroom
• Double bed and personal study desk
• Ample storage

 Shared areas include a large living room, kitchen, and dining space. There’s ample room for quiet study or relaxing at home — plus secure storage for bikes, fast broadband, laundry access, and a lovely garden patio.

• All bills are included in the monthly rent of €800 (heating, electricity, broadband, waste). A one-month deposit is required and will be fully returned at the end of your stay, assuming no damage beyond normal use.
• This is a monthly rental only from May through August (no weekly/prorated rates).

My home is located in Truskey East, Barna — right beside the sea and only 5 minutes from Barna village shops. It’s 12 minutes to campus by car or approx. 30 mins by public transport (Bus Éireann Route 424).

I live in the home and work from my own office space. I'm available if needed but respect everyone’s privacy. I warmly welcome tidy, independent students who value a respectful and relaxed living environment.
