Security deposit (€660) and first month's rent due up-front and rent thereafter due on the first Tuesday of each month.
The owner currently works from home so requires a quiet house between business hours (08:30am-17:00pm) and full access to the kitchen may not be possible during working hours. 
The property is on direct bus routes to University of Galway & city centre with CityDirect #411, #412 and #414. BusÉireann #402 is also available but involves a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
