Hi! I’m a 20-year-old female student at Galway University (bilingual English/German), looking for two female flatmates around my age. I have two bedrooms available in a bright and spacious duplex apartment under the Rent-a-Room scheme.
The two bedrooms share one bathroom. One is a bit larger (double), the other smaller (single). Both rooms come with built-in wardrobes, beds, nightstands and desks for studying (note: not all furniture shown in the photos yet).
Upstairs, we share a large living/dining/kitchen area with a small balcony and sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There will also be a dining table with chairs, a couch, a TV and an additional workspace (again, not fully furnished in the pictures yet).
The apartment is located in a nice and quiet estate in Oranmore on the doorstep to Galway. There’s free parking right outside, and a regular bus service to Galway city and directly to the university runs from 6:40 am to 11:50 pm – just a short walk away. The train station (to Galway and Dublin), several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and takeaways are also within walking distance.
Fibre broadband is installed but currently not activated – we can decide together whether to get it connected.
