Hi! I’m a 20-year-old female student at Galway University (bilingual English/German), looking for two female flatmates around my age. There are two bedrooms available in a bright and spacious duplex apartment under the Rent-a-Room scheme.
The two bedrooms share one bathroom. One is a bit larger (double), the other smaller (single). Both rooms come with built-in wardrobes, beds, nightstands and desks for studying (note: not all furniture shown in the photos yet).
Upstairs, is a large living/dining/kitchen area with a small balcony with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There will also be a dining table with chairs, a couch, a TV and an additional workspace (again, not fully furnished in the pictures yet).
The apartment is located in a nice and quiet estate in Oranmore on the doorstep to Galway. There’s free parking available and a regular bus connection to Galway city centre and directly to the University (runs from 6:40 am to 11:50 pm), just a short walk away. The train station (to Galway and Dublin), several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and takeaways are also within walking distance.
Fibre broadband is installed but currently not activated, we can decide together whether to get it connected.
