The space consists of a bedroom/living room, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. It is fully self-contained and has its own entrance, separate to that of the owners, who live in the main part of the home.

It is a modern, well-insulated home with plenty of light and always-available hot water. Views are to countryside fields. All bills are included in the monthly rent (high speed internet, heating, electricity, bins (shared with owners), etc.). The area is a quiet residential area. It is 6 minutes to Claregalway village, and 20 minutes to Galway city by car. A car would be required as no buses would pass closeby. There is parking available for one car.

The accommodation is located directly adjacent to the main part of the home, separated by an internal wall. Sound can carry, so it would best suit someone who enjoys and contributes to a quiet living environment. The property is non-smoking and not suitable for pets.

The accommodation is well-equipped however we are adding some final furnishings to make the future tenant as comfortable as possible. It will be fully finished and available from September 1st.
