Availability: Room only for 7-day single occupancy only (non-sharing).  Suit students allowing lease term for academic year.  Rent is € 800 per month + deposit. The 1st month's rent and a security deposit will be due before the move-in date.  Bills are additional and deposite required.

House in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in Rockbarton North, Salthill, within walking distance to all amenities – Promenade, Leisureland, Gyms and shops nearby.  Location: house is located 3.6km from NUIG and served by bus routes to NUIG and city centre. There is a bus stop within 400m of the house. it is a 10 minute Cycle to NUIG and locked shed available out back to store bicycles.

There are currently 2 newly furnished double bedrooms available.  Each equipped with double beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and study area (desk with chair), fibre internet connection, and plenty of storage available in the house to share with the house owners and 1 other student.  The main bathroom will be for the exclusive use of 2 students bedrooms. There is also a toilet downstairs for use by all. 

Students will have full use of the siting room and kitchen for cooking and preparing pack lunch. Kitchen has toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and fridge/ freezer. Washing facilities with washing machine and tumble drier facilities. Clothes lines are available in the garden. House must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

No smoking or partying are permitted.  Friends are permitted to visit but must respect others living in the house and are not permitted to stay late or overnight. Ideally suited for students seeking quiet, permanent accommodation in a relaxing and quiet setting.
