The area is very safe and desirable, within a short walk of local amenities, including grocery shops, the Salthill promenade, a beach, restaurants, cafes, a gym and a cinema.
We're offering a superior room in our home for €790 per month. This room is available from September to May. A months deposit is required, and monthly payments should be made in advance..
