A part of the family. Comfortable Kingsize room (desk not in image but will be moved into room from current study in the house) with your own bathroom, in a calm, routine-oriented family home (two friendly big dobermann). Ideal for a female Galway student who wants a predictable weekday base.
We are an active young family 34 and 30 years old both full time professionals in University of Galway and UCHG, attend local crossfit gym and love all thing sport.

Evening family wind-down: 19:00–21:00 in the living room you’re welcome to join; it’s a shared family space.
Quiet hours: 22:00–05:00
Kitchen: Use anytime (quick heads-up if overlapping)
Laundry: use whenever suits

Terms
€625 per calendar month, bills included (electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bins)
Contract: 8 month term (Mon–Fri occupancy)
Upfront at signing: first months’ rent (€625) + €250 refundable deposit (keys/minor damages)
Stability preference: we prioritise a student planning to stay for two semesters (e.g., Sept–Dec and Jan–May) so we don’t have to re-advertise mid-year and upset children and pets.
No parties/smoking; occasional guest by prior agreement; references/guarantor welcome
