1) A Double bedroom with a king-size IKEA HEMNES bed available for 7/7 days or 5/7 days. Room is furnished with a wardrobe, night stand, a vanity unit and room-darkening curtains. The room is located downstairs and shares a bathroom with one other bedroom (the second room is occupied 5 nights a week or an option for renting the second bedroom as a semi-private living area, with a couch and a desk also available - this would make the bathroom private). Room door can be locked from inside and outside. Middle floor has a shared kitchen available for tenants, tenants share a fridge-freezer. Sitting room & top floor are reserved for owner occupiers. Quiet hours 22:00-08:00. No smoking or vaping indoors, no pets. (Max 2 people)
2) A Single room with 140cm wide IKEA FRIHETEN convertible bed available for 5/7 days. Room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair and room-darkening curtains. The room is located downstairs and shares a bathroom with one other bedroom. Room door can be locked from inside and outside. Middle floor has a shared kitchen available for tenants, tenants share a fridge-freezer. Sitting room & top floor are reserved for owner occupiers. Quiet hours 22:00-08:00. No smoking or vaping indoors, no pets. (Max 1 person).
Rent includes all utilities and bills (waste collection, heating, electricity, WiFi), as well as use of the washing machine and dryer. Sheets, bedding, towels, and basic kitchen utilities (cooking essentials, tableware, small appliences, other basic kitchen utilities) are also provided.
Viewing advised and can be organised in October, the room/s will be let as soon as suitable tenants are found.
