We are currently offering 1 furnished bedroom for a postgraduate student, available on an individual tenancy basis. The other 5 rooms in the house are occupied by respectful postgraduate tenants.

Tenancy runs until 27 August 2026 (non-negotiable) - commitment until this date is required.

Tenancy agreements issued individually per room.

Monthly rent is due on the 27th of each month.

To reserve a room, the following will be required:

• One month’s rent as a refundable security deposit
• First month’s rent in advance.

If you move in mid-month, a pro-rata rent amount will be calculated for the next rent cycle to align with the 27th going forward.
